The questions we get asked before getting started.
This order follows the real objections, not the ones that suit a salesperson: relevance first, then price and technical details. If your question isn't here, it likely has an answer in twenty minutes during the free diagnostic.
Is AI actually useful for a business like mine?
It helps when you lose customers because you cannot answer fast enough, or when you spend hours on repetitive tasks. It does nothing if your problem lies elsewhere. That is what the free diagnostic determines, and sometimes the answer is no.
Three situations where it helps: you receive enquiries evenings and weekends and reply the next day; you book appointments one message at a time; your customer information lives in WhatsApp, in email and in people's heads. Three where it does not: your schedule is already full, your business runs on a few large annual contracts, or your problem is a product problem.
What changes in my day?
Enquiries received outside business hours get an immediate answer instead of waiting. Appointments get booked without you. Follow-ups go out on their own. You keep handling anything that needs judgement; the agent handles the rest.
One example: a clinic receives a booking request at 10:40 pm. Today it is handled the next morning, and the patient has sometimes already called elsewhere. With an agent, they get two time slots within a minute, pick one, and receive a reminder the day before.
Do we need technical skills in-house?
No. We install, configure and maintain. There is no software to install, no server to manage and no code to write. What we need from you is your knowledge of the business: your common questions, your hours, your rules, your edge cases.
Your side of the work is measured in hours, not weeks: one initial interview, a review of the agent's answers before it goes live, and a sign-off at the end.
What does it cost?
A website with online booking starts at CAD 1,900. A conversational agent built on your own knowledge base is CAD 6,500, plus CAD 299 a month to run. A monthly growth engagement is CAD 2,200. These are starting points, not fixed packages.
The Canadian market charges between CAD 2,000 and 30,000 for a conversational agent depending on complexity. We deliberately sit at the low end, and we prefer to start small on a narrow scope rather than sell wide. The exact quote follows the diagnostic, and it is firm.
How long before it works?
Two to four weeks for a website with booking. Four to six weeks for a conversational agent. We show a working first version halfway through, so you can react before the end rather than after.
That timeline assumes you are available for two review points. The factor that stretches projects most is not the technology, it is waiting for an answer.
What happens to my customers' data?
It stays yours. We do not sell it, we do not use it to train a model, and we do not mix it with another client's. You can ask for it back, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
We work within Canadian privacy and anti-spam law, and European regulation where it applies. Before go-live, we tell you in writing where the data is hosted, who can access it, and how long it is kept.
What if the agent tells a customer something wrong?
That is the real risk, and we handle it by design rather than by promise. The agent answers from your documents, not from general knowledge. When it does not know, it says so and hands over. On sensitive topics you define, it never answers alone.
Before go-live we test the agent against your real past conversations, not invented examples. You review its answers and correct them. Afterwards you keep the full history and can take over any conversation.
Does it replace someone on my team?
That is not the point. The agent absorbs the repetitive volume that arrives out of hours or all at once. It lets a small team carry a larger load; it does not shrink the team.
The clearest effect is on enquiries that used to be lost: evenings, weekends, or those that arrived while you were with another customer.
Does it work with the tools we already use?
Usually yes: WhatsApp, your website, your calendar, your email, and the main CRM platforms. We confirm feasibility during the diagnostic, before any commitment, and we say so if it is not possible.
If you have no tracking tool yet, that is not an obstacle: we set one up, structured so you can move to a commercial CRM later without starting over.
How do we know it worked?
We agree on two or three measures before starting, based on your current numbers: time to first reply, share of enquiries handled outside business hours, appointments booked. You track them on a dashboard.
We commit to deliverables, timelines and method. We do not commit to a number of customers or a revenue figure: those depend on your offer, your pricing and your market, which we do not control. A supplier who promises you a sales figure is selling you an assumption.
Can I leave?
Yes. Subscriptions are cancellable with thirty days' notice. On leaving you take your data, your conversation history and your agent's configuration. No minimum term is required.
Ask every supplier this, not just us. Lock-in rarely lives in the contract; it lives in the practical impossibility of getting back what is yours.
Who do you work with?
Businesses of two to fifty people with a steady flow of inbound enquiries: clinics, professional services, appointment-based businesses, B2B organisations. We work in Canada and West Africa, in French and English.
We are not the right choice for a group-wide deployment, or if you want bespoke technology with no commercial objective behind it.
What is Xodyia Predict?
It is our premium offer. Rather than answering enquiries, it anticipates: which customers are likely to leave, what demand to expect next month, which prospect is most likely to sign. It assumes you already hold usable historical data.
It starts with a paid scoping phase that establishes whether your data supports a useful prediction. If it does not, we tell you then, rather than building a model that will serve no purpose. Pricing depends on scope and is discussed after scoping.
How does it start?
With a free twenty-minute diagnostic. A few questions about how you work, then two or three concrete suggestions, even if we never work together. No commitment and no sales pitch.
If one of them interests you, we send a written proposal with a firm scope, price and timeline. If none does, you keep the suggestions.
Twenty minutes to find out what AI can really do for you.
A free diagnostic, no sales pitch: a few questions about how you prospect, and two or three concrete leads — even if we never end up working together.
