We only collect information you voluntarily provide through our diagnostic request form:
- First and last name, company name, country and city.
- Work email address, phone number or WhatsApp.
- Role in the company, industry.
- Description of your needs: current challenge, solution sought, expected budget, desired timeline.
We also collect aggregated and anonymous browsing data (pages viewed, referral source, device type) using a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not set cookies and cannot identify you.
3. Why we collect it
- Assess whether your needs match our services.
- Contact you back about your request and arrange a discovery call.
- Prepare a proposal suited to your situation.
- Improve our offering and our website.
We do not use your information for any other purpose. We do not sell, rent or trade any personal data.
4. Legal basis
We process your information on the basis of your consent, given by checking the box provided when submitting the form. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to direction@xodyia.com.
5. How long we keep it
- Requests with no follow-up: 12 months from the last interaction, then deleted.
- Prospects in discussion: 24 months from the last interaction.
- Clients: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then 7 years for Canadian accounting and tax obligations.
6. Who has access
Your information is accessible to Xodyia's co-founders and, where applicable, the following technical providers acting as subprocessors:
- Website and form hosting: Netlify.

7. Transfers outside Canada

We only send you commercial emails if you have consented to it. Every message includes our full identification and an easy way to unsubscribe, in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation.
10. Security
We protect your information using reasonable measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), two-factor authentication on our tools, access limited to those who need it, regular backups. As no system is infallible, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Cookies
Our website does not use cookies for advertising or individual tracking purposes.
12. Changes
We may amend this policy. Any amended version is published on this page with a new effective date. In the event of a significant change, we will inform those concerned.
